At ArtDigest, we are committed to delivering premium furniture pieces to your home with clarity, reliability, and care. Our shipping and delivery policy is designed to ensure transparency and provide a smooth experience, while maintaining the highest standards for our customers.

Shipping Times

The “ships in” time displayed on the cart page reflects when we expect your order to leave our warehouse. To make things simple, all items in your order will ship together.

Delivery Timeline:

  • Final delivery typically occurs within 2-7 business days after shipment, depending on your location.

  • For rural or remote areas, delivery may require an additional 2-3 business days.

In certain circumstances—such as natural disasters, political disruptions, or other unforeseen events—delivery may take longer than expected. If delays occur, our team will proactively notify you and keep you informed about your order's progress.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor your delivery in real time.

  • Unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather or carrier delays, may affect delivery estimates.

Delivery Methods

FedEx Delivery
Smaller items, such as lighting and chairs, will be delivered via FedEx. This reliable service operates seven days a week for residential addresses and Monday through Saturday for non-residential addresses. If no signature is required, packages will be left at your doorstep if no one is available at the time of delivery.

Threshold Delivery
Larger items, including sofas and dining tables, are delivered through our threshold delivery service. Items will be brought to the first secure and dry area on your property (e.g., a porch or garage). Delivery is scheduled to ensure smooth coordination between you and our team.

White Glove Delivery
For a premium experience, we offer white glove delivery in select locations. This service includes:

  • Delivery of furniture inside your home.

  • Unpacking and assembly (if applicable).

  • Removal of all packaging materials.

If available in your area, the white glove delivery option will be displayed at checkout.

Missed Deliveries

We understand that schedules can change. If you miss your delivery, here’s how we handle it:

FedEx Deliveries:

Packages that do not require a signature will be left at your doorstep. If a signature is required and you are unavailable, FedEx will attempt delivery again the next business day.

Threshold & White Glove Deliveries:

  • You are entitled to one free reschedule if you miss the agreed delivery window.
  • A $100 fee will apply for additional missed delivery attempts to cover rescheduling costs and ensure quality service.

Damaged or Defective Products

At ArtDigest, we take pride in the quality of our products. If you encounter any issues, we are here to help.

Upon Delivery:

  • Inspect your items carefully upon arrival.

  • If the packaging is visibly damaged, you may refuse the delivery and note it as “damaged” on the carrier’s delivery receipt.

  • For minor packaging damage, you can accept the delivery but ensure the damage is noted on the carrier's delivery documentation.

After Unpacking:
If you discover damage, defects, or missing parts after unpacking, contact us within 30 days of shipment:

  • Email us at support@artdigest.co.

  • Include your order number, along with photos or videos of the damage, to help us resolve the issue promptly.

Resolution:

  • ArtDigest will arrange for a replacement item or parts at no additional cost.

  • Replacement shipments typically occur within 5-7 business days after the issue is verified.

Please note: Damaged or defective items are only eligible for replacement with the same product (including color, style, and finish). Refunds or exchanges for a different product are not available for damaged items.
