At ArtDigest, we’re dedicated to providing a seamless and transparent shopping experience for our customers in the United States and Europe. Our policies are crafted to ensure clarity, fairness, and confidence when purchasing our premium furniture.

Return Policy

We offer a 365-day return policy, giving you the flexibility to experience our furniture in your home and make confident decisions.

Conditions for Returns:
To process a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging. Items with damaged or incomplete packaging are not eligible for return.

  • The product must be in its original condition – free from damage, scratches, stains, or alterations.

  • Discounted products and customized items are not eligible for return.

Refund Process:

  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will refund the amount paid, minus a 20% return shipping fee and the original outbound shipping fee.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of return approval.

  • Customers may also opt for a store credit in place of a refund, if preferred.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact our Customer Support team at support@artdigest.co with your order details.

  2. We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label and return instructions.

For international customers in Europe, return shipping fees may vary depending on your location.

Cancellation Policy

Before Shipping:

  • Within 24 hours of order placement: Orders canceled within 24 hours will incur a 3% processing fee.

  • After 24 hours of order placement: Orders canceled after 24 hours will incur a 10% processing fee.

After Shipping:

  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. These orders will follow our Return Policy guidelines.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Customers wishing to exchange an item may return it under our Return Policy and place a new order for the desired product.

Legal Compliance

This policy complies with consumer protection laws in both the United States and the European Union, including the EU Consumer Rights Directive. It does not affect your statutory rights.
