It works really well as a clock. We made it go a little faster because we had read that it loses time over time. Some people say it's loud when the numbers change, which is true, but I wouldn't say it's a problem. We put it in our living room so I won't hear it at night. When I first got it, some kids came to our house and took it all apart. I thought it was broken, but it was easy to put back together, so it's great to know that even 10-year-olds can't break it. People always want to know where I got it, and it looks great in our living room. I'm really happy with how it looks and how well it works.
